Senior Recruiter/Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with employees and management through organizational development, succession planning, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Partner with management to identify hiring needs, define job specifications, and communicate recruitment strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing candidates via online tools, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Build talent pipelines by representing the company at career fairs and maintaining networks with schools and alumni groups.
• Manage the offer process, including background checks, reference checks, and negotiating job offers.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, coaching, and counseling to line management.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies.
• Interpret and provide guidance on HR policies to improve work relationships, morale, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of professional experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR business partnering.
