Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for hardware and software engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand complex technical architectures and define role scopes
• Develop strategic technical sourcing plans and manage pipeline metrics
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering leaders and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to handle complex tech offers and equity discussions
• Drive internal alignment on technical interview processes and organize calibration meetings
• Implement and optimize technical recruitment tools such as ATS and technical screening platforms
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies for specialized technical pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a relevant field
• 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proven track record of hiring for advanced software and hardware engineering roles
• Experience within the Autonomous Vehicles or Robotics industry is ideal
• In-depth knowledge of modern tech stacks and advanced sourcing techniques (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex technical compensation packages
• Ability to converse credibly with highly technical candidates and executives
