About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand function and role requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Deliver innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to drive talent pipelines
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on interview best practices
- Provide regular status reports and maintain data integrity within the ATS
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a stellar experience
- Collaborate with People Partners to ensure alignment on hiring needs and internal mobility
- Implement recruiting programs to attract top talent
Requirements
- 8+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting Sales roles within AdTech or Digital Media
- Proven track record of influencing senior Hiring Managers
- Deep knowledge of the US media landscape, ideally with a focus on Programmatic
- Experience headhunting passive candidates from top-tier companies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
