Senior Recruiter - Technical Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates throughout the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines
• Act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, specifically Workday ATS and social media tools
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics
• Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise Sales, Technical Sales Engineers, or Solution Architects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Energy Recruitment
