Senior Recruiter - Tech

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles, including Engineering, Product, Data & AI, and IT Services, across multiple European locations
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and innovative strategies
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and running interview training
• Use data-driven recruiting approaches to improve hiring strategies and shape recruiting culture
• Explore and apply AI-driven recruiting tools to optimize workflows and elevate team capabilities
• Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives and participate in key business meetings

Requirements

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a strong focus on Tech hiring in international environments
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions with high autonomy
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday)
• Business fluent English is required
• German at a business level is preferred
