Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition - R&D

Responsibilities

• Attract top talent and develop qualified candidate pools for R&D functions and other assigned areas
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including pre-screening, project management, and sourcing strategy development
• Proactively identify and manage talent pools aligned with business priorities
• Manage open job requisitions and maintain data integrity within SmartRecruiters
• Achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments, market trends, and industry analytics to leadership
• Prepare and approve offer packages, utilizing equity and market competitiveness research
• Establish strong business partnerships with hiring managers to support staffing activities
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies regarding applicant tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing
• Ability to project a strong business presence and instill confidence in clients

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of total recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters
