Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Attract top talent and develop strong, qualified candidate pools for current and future openings.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including pre-screening candidates and managing open job requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop sourcing strategies and provide staffing solutions.
• Proactively identify and manage talent pools aligned with business priorities.
• Utilize SmartRecruiters to manage requisitions, track recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments.
• Prepare and approve offer packages, utilizing market competitiveness and equity data research.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies regarding applicant tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing.
• Strong business presence with the ability to instill confidence in clients and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters.
