Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

Responsibilities

  • Use AI and research to find top talent and build target lists using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Gong
  • Calibrate quickly and map the market by developing clear points of view on candidate profiles
  • Run thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach grounded in real research
  • Own the full recruitment cycle from first outreach through offer close and pipeline hygiene in Ashby
  • Close candidates with competing offers by partnering with hiring managers and leadership
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leaders to refine search scopes and compensation reality
  • Deliver an excellent, transparent, and fast candidate experience
  • Contribute to process changes, comp benchmarking, and employer brand

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing high-performing talent
  • Comfort using AI and LLMs in daily workflows for research and outreach
  • Strong research instincts and ability to articulate candidate quality
  • Demonstrated closing skills against competing offers from top-tier companies
  • Data literacy and comfort using ATS (Ashby or equivalent) and funnel metrics
  • High urgency operating mode and excellent written communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience recruiting AEs, Sales Managers, RevOps, or Sales Leadership in fintech or SaaS
  • Experience building AI-augmented research workflows
  • Comfort with Snowflake or SQL
  • Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Gong
