About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non-tech roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create well-defined job descriptions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Set up, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience hiring for sourcing/supply chain roles
- Proven track record of hiring for junior to executive-level positions
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
