Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non-tech roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create well-defined job descriptions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Set up, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience hiring for sourcing/supply chain roles
• Proven track record of hiring for junior to executive-level positions
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
