Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting and employee selection efforts for all roles and levels
• Partner with Senior Leadership to understand hiring objectives and develop plans
• Manage full-cycle recruiting by creating and executing sourcing strategies
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and sourcing
• Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates
• Manage candidates in process to provide a positive experience
• Build relationships with team leaders as a talent partner
• Partner with HR on organizational training, development, compensation, and compliance
• Maintain key recruiting metrics and conduct analysis of recruiting trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience in high-tech or high-growth industries
• Experience building and scaling creative teams (design, copy, brand)
• Proven track record of recruiting through a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging lens
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both staffing agency and in-house environments
• Ability to speak pirate to enhance employer branding
