About the role
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including Software, Robotics, Operations, and GTM
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing using AI tools, LinkedIn, and networking
- Maintain relationships with universities and research labs for early-career hiring
- Leverage data and metrics within Greenhouse to drive process improvements
- Represent company mission and culture in all candidate interactions
Requirements
- Proven success recruiting for technical (robotics/manufacturing) and non-technical (Sales, Marketing, Operations) roles
- Experience building talent pipelines in competitive markets
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, AI-enabled sourcing, and Greenhouse ATS
- Highly organized and adaptable to fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and partnership skills with hiring managers
