Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including Software, Robotics, Operations, and GTM
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
• Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing using AI tools, LinkedIn, and networking
• Maintain relationships with universities and research labs for early-career hiring
• Leverage data and metrics within Greenhouse to drive process improvements
• Represent company mission and culture in all candidate interactions

Requirements

• Proven success recruiting for technical (robotics/manufacturing) and non-technical (Sales, Marketing, Operations) roles
• Experience building talent pipelines in competitive markets
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, AI-enabled sourcing, and Greenhouse ATS
• Highly organized and adaptable to fast-moving environments
• Strong communication and partnership skills with hiring managers
