Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer close
• Drive outbound sourcing for priority searches, including target company mapping and candidate research
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build search strategies
• Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, technical alignment, and compensation expectations
• Run structured recruiting processes, including interview planning and feedback collection
• Use Greenhouse, Noon.ai, and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage pipeline and workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive recruiting tasks
• Represent Parallel in the market with professionalism and strong judgment

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership
• Strong outbound sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and target company mapping
• Experience recruiting technical talent in a hard-tech or complex environment
• Experience working as an internal recruiter partnering with hiring managers
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools like Greenhouse or Noon.ai
• Ability to operate in a startup environment with changing priorities
• High ownership mindset and ability to drive work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for a venture-backed startup or high-growth technical company
• Comfort using AI and automation to improve sourcing and workflow efficiency
• Experience improving recruiting workflows, reporting, or hiring manager enablement
• Interest in transportation, robotics, autonomy, or climate technology
