Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from initial candidate profiling to final offer negotiations.
• Build the company's recruitment ecosystem from the ground up, optimizing selection stages and implementing modern AI tools.
• Manage a diverse pipeline of 5 to 10 open vacancies simultaneously across various departments including Tech Support, Sales, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Legal.
• Develop sourcing strategies focused on optimizing inbound flows and referral channels.
• Conduct in-depth interviews using modern methodologies to assess both hard and soft skills.
• Build long-term talent pools and provide labor market analytics to support future business needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to attract A-players who align with the company culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, covering both technical and non-technical/business roles.
• Expert-level sourcing and headhunting skills with a proven ability to engage high-level passive candidates.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate process improvements in a dynamic environment.
• English proficiency at an Intermediate+ level for international market communication.
