About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from initial candidate profiling to final offer negotiations
- Build and optimize the company's recruitment ecosystem and processes from the ground up
- Implement modern AI tools to enhance daily recruitment workflows and efficiency
- Manage a diverse pipeline of 5 to 10 concurrent vacancies across Tech Support, Sales, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Legal
- Develop advanced sourcing strategies focusing on inbound optimization and referral channels
- Conduct in-depth interviews using modern methodologies to assess both hard and soft skills
- Build long-term talent pools and provide labor market analytics to support business growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Expert-level sourcing and headhunting skills with a proven ability to engage high-level passive candidates
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate and implement process changes in a dynamic environment
- English proficiency at an Intermediate+ level for international market communication
