Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles including engineering, product, GTM, and operations
• Partner with the Head of Talent, founders, and hiring managers to align on hiring roadmaps and headcount plans
• Refine structured interview processes, calibration frameworks, and decision-making systems
• Source and close exceptional candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and creative strategies
• Leverage recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and optimize time-to-hire
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
• Train hiring managers on structured interview frameworks and objective evaluation techniques
• Partner with marketing to enhance the employer brand and talent narrative

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record scaling technology start-up environments
• Ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical disciplines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executives and functional leaders
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Willingness to collaborate in person with the team in Palo Alto

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an early-stage startup during rapid growth
• Pre-existing network within engineering, product, or GTM talent ecosystems
• Experience with modern recruiting analytics, AI sourcing tools, or talent intelligence platforms
