Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-senior level roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for external clients
• Drive sourcing strategies to maintain a sufficient candidate pool across all disciplines
• Participate in career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to promote programs
• Conduct in-depth interviews and behavioral mock interviews
• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services teams
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare placement reports
• Record all activities in Greenhouse (ATS) and Salesforce (CRM)
• Mentor junior members of the Talent Team

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment
• Professional proficiency in both English and French
• Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS), Salesforce (CRM), Monday.com, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in technical recruitment and pipeline management is highly beneficial
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews
