About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-senior level roles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for external clients
- Drive sourcing strategies to maintain a sufficient candidate pool across all disciplines
- Participate in career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to promote programs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and behavioral mock interviews
- Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services teams
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare placement reports
- Record all activities in Greenhouse (ATS) and Salesforce (CRM)
- Mentor junior members of the Talent Team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment
- Professional proficiency in both English and French
- Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS), Salesforce (CRM), Monday.com, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in technical recruitment and pipeline management is highly beneficial
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews
