Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, including strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting plans to support specific talent needs and build diverse pipelines.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence and talent recommendations.
• Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract prospective candidates.
• Partner with Compensation Managers and HR partners to manage hiring negotiations and relocation packages.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and dispositioning within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Represent KeyBank's culture, strategy, and values to all external candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience recruiting for Technology, Legal, or Data Analytics roles.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring high-quality talent in competitive markets.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00.
• Eligibility for incentive compensation, including production or discretionary incentives.
• Hybrid work model (3+ days in office).
