Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, including building creative sourcing pipelines, conducting interviews, and handling offers and negotiations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, unique challenges, and hiring goals to shape effective recruiting strategies
• Act as a brand ambassador, authentically sharing the IXL Learning story and mission with potential candidates
• Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience to ensure a positive impression of the company
• Build and foster long-term relationships with high-caliber professionals to create a community of talent for future needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically focusing on non-technical teams or a generalist background
• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms
• Experience using Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong ability to match candidate strengths and career goals with specific organizational opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment with stakeholders
