Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source, select, and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective techniques in accordance with company policies
• Manage applicant flow to ensure a steady pipeline of talent and compliance with diversity hiring goals
• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to junior members of the staffing team
• Write and manage job postings across various media and online recruiting sources
• Conduct interviews to evaluate applicants' work history, education, skills, and salary requirements
• Partner with functional business leaders and executive management to establish and achieve staffing objectives
• Assist with training line management on recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes
• Manage projects related to recruitment legislation, HR systems, and compliance
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with compensation teams regarding salary offers and equity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience
• Extensive knowledge of legislation regarding the recruiting process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
