About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines within the EMEA region
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance
• Achieve quantitative recruitment goals including time to fill and pipeline health
• Ensure timely and accurate entry and reporting of recruitment data
• Proactively identify and resolve recruitment bottlenecks
• Source and engage high-quality candidates using various methods and AI-enabled solutions
• Deliver a consistently positive and professional candidate experience
• Participate in ad hoc projects such as hiring campaigns or process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment
• Strong experience recruiting across multiple countries within the EMEA region, specifically the UK
• Essential prior corporate or in-house recruitment experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders
• Proven experience consulting with Hiring Managers in a dynamic environment
• Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems and HR platforms
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
