Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines within the EMEA region
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance
- Achieve quantitative recruitment goals including time to fill and pipeline health
- Ensure timely and accurate entry and reporting of recruitment data
- Proactively identify and resolve recruitment bottlenecks
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using various methods and AI-enabled solutions
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional candidate experience
- Participate in ad hoc projects such as hiring campaigns or process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment
- Strong experience recruiting across multiple countries within the EMEA region, specifically the UK
- Essential prior corporate or in-house recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders
- Proven experience consulting with Hiring Managers in a dynamic environment
- Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems and HR platforms
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
