Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive search strategies for senior leadership and specialized mid-level positions
• Leverage headhunting, professional networking, and passive candidate engagement
• Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake sessions to complex offer negotiations
• Consult with department heads on organizational structures and manpower planning
• Utilize AI-based recruitment tools and data-driven insights to optimize hiring
• Design strategic initiatives such as executive referral programs
• Maintain executive-level dashboards and recruitment metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proven track record of closing mid-level to senior leadership roles
• Expertise in niche sourcing and executive search methodologies
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
