Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation
• Collaborate directly with co-founders to identify and hire key leaders and functional heads
• Implement recruitment strategies to scale the Series A startup across various departments
• Champion the company brand to attract top-tier talent
• Report weekly on recruitment activities and pipeline data to the founding team
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain compliance with HR processes
• Manage external job postings and create comprehensive sourcing reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a scaling startup
• Proven track record hiring for Heads of Department, C-Suite, and various individual contributor levels
• In-house, startup recruiting experience is required
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience with Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Slack
• Strong ability to source passive candidates using data-driven insights
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
