About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessment, and offer management
  • Develop innovative sourcing plans using social media, cold calling, and university programs
  • Partner with hiring leaders to create interview plans and ensure legally defensible selection processes
  • Manage candidate engagement and negotiate offer terms to improve offer-to-hire ratios
  • Maintain accurate recruiting reports and manage external agencies
  • Mentor hiring managers on recruiting best practices, OFCCP, and EEOC compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience (10+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Ability to travel and work outside core business hours as required
  • Must be a US Person (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or political asylee)
