About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessment, and offer management
- Develop innovative sourcing plans using social media, cold calling, and university programs
- Partner with hiring leaders to create interview plans and ensure legally defensible selection processes
- Manage candidate engagement and negotiate offer terms to improve offer-to-hire ratios
- Maintain accurate recruiting reports and manage external agencies
- Mentor hiring managers on recruiting best practices, OFCCP, and EEOC compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience (10+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
- Ability to travel and work outside core business hours as required
- Must be a US Person (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or political asylee)
