Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple business units, focusing on AI, data, engineering, and product.
• Partner with leadership to define role mandates, success profiles, and long-term talent strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders by providing market intelligence on AI talent trends, competitor strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
• Execute research-led talent mapping and passive candidate engagement using executive search methodologies.
• Build deep, forward-looking talent pipelines for critical, high-skill capabilities.
• Deliver a high-touch, differentiated candidate experience to position the firm as a premier AI-first career destination.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in recruitment or executive search.
• Proven experience hiring for AI, technology, data, or other complex, high-skill domains.
• Strong research and talent mapping capabilities that go beyond standard sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and convert high-quality passive talent.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen.
• A hands-on individual contributor mindset with a bias for quality and precision over volume.
