Responsibilities

• Close key roles in MilTech companies, from engineers and managers to C-level and strategic directions
• Create effective talent search and attraction strategies
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients based on trust and results
• Influence recruitment processes to make them faster, fairer, and more efficient
• Share experience and participate in building internal processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience (technical and non-technical tracks)
• Ability to build structured and effective interviews
• Strong market awareness and analytical skills
• Persuasive communication skills
• Creative, fast-acting, and honest in interactions
• Understanding of the Defense sphere is a plus
