Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups. We are building an AI-native ERP to automate manual data entry for accounting teams, disrupting a massive fintech market that has lacked new entrants for decades.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
- Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates using creative sourcing strategies
- Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and technical assessments
- Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
- Establish and improve candidate experience and employer branding
- Build and manage repeatable recruiting processes, pipeline reporting, and analytics
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth startups
- Deep sourcing expertise to attract talent beyond inbound channels
- Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (ATS workflows, candidate experience systems)
- Analytical approach to managing talent sources and KPIs
- High agency and a hardcore work ethic
Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 - $150,000
- Equity: $27,000 - $50,000
- 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
