About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned focus areas including Engineering, Go-to-Market, or Finance
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and compensation benchmarks
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to proactively hunt passive talent
- Lead offer strategy and complex negotiations, including articulating equity and RSU value
- Build and refine structured interview loops and maintain impeccable data hygiene in Ashby ATS
- Use funnel data to drive decisions and continuously improve hiring processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Deep expertise in Engineering, Go-to-Market, or Finance/Strategic Finance
- Proven track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill talent
- Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing networks
- Experience influencing senior leaders through data and judgment
- Proficiency in leading compensation discussions involving equity-based offers
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
