Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative advisor to hiring managers across engineering, product, finance, and G&A
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer
• Partner with the People team to build scalable recruiting processes, interview loops, and sourcing playbooks
• Leverage data and pipeline metrics to optimize hiring processes and influence stakeholder decisions
• Source active and passive candidates through diverse channels and creative approaches
• Utilize AI tools to drive efficiency in sourcing, outreach, and market research
• Champion diverse and inclusive hiring pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an innovative, scaling organization
• Proven track record of recruiting across multiple functions including engineering, product, and finance
• Experience building and implementing recruiting strategies in a 0-to-1 environment
• Ability to thrive in a data-driven environment and use metrics to drive process improvement
• Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools within a daily recruiting workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience on a founding or early-stage recruiting team
• Exposure to compensation benchmarking or leveling frameworks
• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Experience in employer branding or talent marketing
