About the role
Responsibilities
- Source talent using job boards, SNS, agencies, and networking events, specifically within the real estate industry
- Partner with hiring managers to provide advice on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Manage candidate selection including resume screening, interviewing, and evaluating culture fit
- Enhance candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
- Drive recruitment branding by participating in job fairs and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and internal company regulations
Requirements
- Approximately 7+ years of direct sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
- Native-level Japanese and English reading/writing skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
- Deep understanding of the Japanese labor market and talent acquisition best practices
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the real estate industry
