Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source talent using job boards, SNS, agencies, and networking events, specifically within the real estate industry
• Partner with hiring managers to provide advice on recruitment strategies and market trends
• Manage candidate selection including resume screening, interviewing, and evaluating culture fit
• Enhance candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
• Drive recruitment branding by participating in job fairs and networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports
• Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and internal company regulations

Requirements

• Approximately 7+ years of direct sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
• Native-level Japanese and English reading/writing skills
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
• Deep understanding of the Japanese labor market and talent acquisition best practices
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
