Through our cloud-based software platform, ScreenHub, we offer an integrated solution including indoor and outdoor displays, content management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Go-to-Market roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Recruit across GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and strategic recommendations
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience that reflects company values
• Leverage recruiting metrics and pipeline data to improve processes
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to a Recruiter

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Proven track record of hiring Sales and Go-to-Market talent
• Strong sourcing expertise for competitive and hard-to-fill roles
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions with data
• Experience leading and developing recruiting teams or providing mentorship
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling recruiting processes and tools in high-growth environments
