Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and market conditions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, and Analytics
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
• Act as a consultative advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights and talent availability
• Screen and assess candidates to build high-quality talent pipelines
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to develop competitive offer recommendations
• Track recruiting metrics and mentor junior team members on best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Significant recruiting experience within a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Proven experience recruiting for Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Analytics)
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and talent acquisition metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceuticals
