Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market data recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process with timely updates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines
• Act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members within the talent acquisition team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics
• Proven experience recruiting for Commercial functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries
