Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process
• Publish job advertisements in Teamtailor
• Identify, contact, and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate competence and experience
• Participate in strategic team work to ensure successful recruitment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within civil engineering/construction projects
• Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools
• Ability to build and develop an effective recruitment department
• Experience working with systems such as Teamtailor and CRM
• Self-driven and proactive approach
• Goal-oriented and driven personality
• Strong listening skills and understanding of people
