Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process while providing a world-class candidate and applicant experience
• Act as a fractional Recruiting Partner for small to mid-sized clients, building and executing talent acquisition processes
• Strategically source and engage diverse candidate pipelines using multichannel approaches
• Advise clients on building teams through the lens of inclusion and removing hiring barriers
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
• Provide regular updates and shared analytics to Bloom clients regarding hiring progress

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruitment
• Expertise in inclusive hiring practices and removing bias from the recruitment process
• Proficiency with recruitment and productivity tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Loom, Asana, and Lever
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment that requires constant context shifting
• Strong multichannel sourcing skills (inbound, outbound, referrals, and social media)
• A strategic, problem-solving mindset with a care-centric approach to candidate journeys

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting specifically for fashion, retail, or e-commerce brands
• An established professional network across the United States
