Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for global corporate functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Strategy
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, workforce planning, and organizational needs
  • Act as a talent advisor providing market intelligence and compensation insights
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates
  • Mentor junior recruiters and establish recruiting best practices and interview standards
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates
  • Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across corporate functions
  • Proven success recruiting for senior, niche, and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
  • Experience in high-growth tech companies, startups, or fast-scaling organizations
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters is highly preferred
