About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process for entry-to-mid level roles across U.S. Non-Investments
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Diversity & Inclusion teams to deliver strategic recruiting solutions
- Strategically source and develop candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS
- Conduct talent sourcing activities including market intelligence, mapping, direct outreach, and screening
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and leveling to attract top talent
- Implement diversity sourcing objectives in partnership with the DEI team
- Provide a high-touch, exceptional experience for all candidates from application to offer
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall recruiting and hiring experience for both managers and candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- 8-10 years of recruiting experience, specifically within the financial services industry
- Proven experience in corporate, retained, or contingent recruitment search
- Expertise in Boolean searches and creative, strategic talent sourcing methods
- Proficiency with Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong experience negotiating job offers and employment terms
- Ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies and decisions
