Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process for entry-to-mid level roles across U.S. Non-Investments
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Diversity & Inclusion teams to deliver strategic recruiting solutions
• Strategically source and develop candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS
• Conduct talent sourcing activities including market intelligence, mapping, direct outreach, and screening
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and leveling to attract top talent
• Implement diversity sourcing objectives in partnership with the DEI team
• Provide a high-touch, exceptional experience for all candidates from application to offer
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall recruiting and hiring experience for both managers and candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• 8-10 years of recruiting experience, specifically within the financial services industry
• Proven experience in corporate, retained, or contingent recruitment search
• Expertise in Boolean searches and creative, strategic talent sourcing methods
• Proficiency with Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong experience negotiating job offers and employment terms
• Ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies and decisions
