Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles, including unique, one-off, and higher-level searches
• Partner closely with senior leaders on role definition, hiring strategy, and talent evaluation
• Maintain strong pipeline health and provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across a variety of functions
• Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and structured evaluation
• Improve and operationalize recruiting processes, tools, and best practices as we scale
• Provide coaching, guidance, and calibration support to interviewers and hiring managers
• Contribute to team development and mentor junior teammates

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• At least 2 years of in-house recruiting at a fast-growing or dynamic company
• Proven success hiring for highly specialized or executive-level roles
• Experience working directly with company executives as internal stakeholders
• Strong sourcing capability and comfort navigating ambiguous roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and operate independently
