Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute the operational and strategic recruiting processes for both technical and commercial positions (Blue-Collar and White-Collar) in Weiz and Linz
• Develop and implement targeted search and selection strategies for various candidate groups
• Actively contribute to and further develop employer branding initiatives
• Collaborate closely with specialized departments and production sites to ensure optimal staffing
• Organize recruiting and employer branding events
• Perform various HR administrative tasks and contribute to HR projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK/HTL, University, or equivalent)
• Multi-year experience in in-house recruiting, preferably within a corporate or industrial/technical environment
• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong IT affinity (experience with MS Office, SAP, or SuccessFactors is highly desirable)
• Willingness to travel within Austria (approximately 25%)
• Independent, service-oriented, and communicative professional approach
