SirenOpt helps manufacturers make better, safer, and more reliable micro- and nano-materials. Our manufacturing intelligence platform uses a combination of cold atmospheric plasma, physics-informed machine learning, and predictive analytics to provide real-time visibility into material behavior.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting workflows
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes
- Manage relationships with external search firms for specialized roles
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation
- Assist with HR operations including employee records, compliance, and policy administration
- Help develop and document HR and recruiting processes
- Contribute to employer branding efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting with exposure to HR responsibilities
- Experience owning recruiting across technical and non-technical functions
- Proven ability to partner with leadership on workforce planning
- Familiarity with onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle support
- Startup experience preferred
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse)
- Exposure to HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Familiarity with Gusto is a strong plus
