About the role

About the Company

SirenOpt helps manufacturers make better, safer, and more reliable micro- and nano-materials. Our manufacturing intelligence platform uses a combination of cold atmospheric plasma, physics-informed machine learning, and predictive analytics to provide real-time visibility into material behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting workflows
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes
  • Manage relationships with external search firms for specialized roles
  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Assist with HR operations including employee records, compliance, and policy administration
  • Help develop and document HR and recruiting processes
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting with exposure to HR responsibilities
  • Experience owning recruiting across technical and non-technical functions
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership on workforce planning
  • Familiarity with onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle support
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse)
  • Exposure to HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with Gusto is a strong plus
