Aerones is a global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance. Our autonomous rope-descent robots perform blade inspections, cleaning, and repairs at heights that are inaccessible to humans - making renewable energy infrastructure safer, faster, and more cost-effective to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring cycle from brief to offer across multiple countries and business functions
• Maintain warm talent pipelines through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, communities, and events
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and market landscapes
• Manage candidate experience and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely processes
• Grow company presence in talent communities, universities, and professional networks
• Use data to track time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and source effectiveness
• Support HR projects including onboarding, engagement, and culture-building

Requirements

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international company
• Proven history of cross-border and cross-functional hiring
• Active professional network within relevant talent landscapes
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities and manage competing priorities
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence hiring managers
• Proficiency in finding passive candidates
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
