Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of recruiting for critical business positions and senior-level requisitions
• Maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for assigned requisitions
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and co-creating interview plans
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean and X-Ray to build robust talent pipelines
• Use data and key metrics to inform recruiting strategies and identify process bottlenecks
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2-3 years focusing on senior-level hiring in high-growth technology companies (Fintech or SaaS preferred)
• Proven track record of hiring technical roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment

• Experience in a builder's mindset, proactively identifying and fixing process gaps
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using metrics like source-of-hire and offer-acceptance rates
