Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
  • Partner with hiring managers to build sharp hiring strategies and maintain process speed
  • Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
  • Build and iterate on Adaption's talent brand and overall attraction strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a recruiter role, ideally at an early-stage tech startup
  • Proven track record recruiting across technical and non-technical functions
  • Experience with highly technical AI roles such as model efficiency, distributed systems, or post-training
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby
  • Creative and determined mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Genuine curiosity about the broader talent function including employee experience, onboarding, and culture
