Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to build sharp hiring strategies and maintain process speed
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
- Build and iterate on Adaption's talent brand and overall attraction strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years in a recruiter role, ideally at an early-stage tech startup
- Proven track record recruiting across technical and non-technical functions
- Experience with highly technical AI roles such as model efficiency, distributed systems, or post-training
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby
- Creative and determined mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Genuine curiosity about the broader talent function including employee experience, onboarding, and culture
