About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities for the Finance Shared Service Centre
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in line with group timelines
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting and general ledger integrity
- Guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining hands-on responsibilities
- Collaborate with Local Finance, FP&A, Group Finance, and external auditors
- Analyze variances and resolve financial issues
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within the financial close process
Requirements
- Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting processes
- Proven ability to support month-end and year-end closing cycles
- Experience working within a Shared Service Centre environment
- Ability to analyze financial variances and strengthen governance
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional finance teams
