Senior Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and execution of new and renewing real estate agreements, including landlord negotiations and lease documentation.
• Oversee complex real estate documentation such as renewals, SNDAs, estoppels, easements, and rights-of-way.
• Provide governance over lease administration processes, ensuring accurate tracking of key terms and critical dates.
• Manage real estate financial obligations, including auditing rent, operating expenses, taxes, and capital expenditures.
• Lead site selection and expansion initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams through market evaluation and due diligence.
• Manage a team of two direct reports.
• Serve as a liaison between landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders including Legal, Tax, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in Industrial and/or Commercial Real Estate.
• Proven experience reviewing and interpreting leases and understanding lease-related legal concepts.
• At least 3 years of experience working with the CoStar Leasing System.
• Prior experience managing direct reports.
