Senior Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to a high-performing brokerage team, managing a high volume of projects with urgency and accountability.
• Balance multiple activities and track action items for various team members simultaneously.
• Manage transaction and due diligence processes, including entering deal sheets and supporting paperwork.
• Execute marketing campaigns by scheduling outreach, maintaining mailing lists, and running performance reports.
• Create and update marketing flyers and maintain broker transaction records on applicable websites.
• Conduct competitor research, data collection, and basic comparative market analyses.
• Develop professional pitches and presentations for a diverse range of clients and brokers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a professional brokerage or coordination role.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign for marketing collateral creation.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on consistent follow-through and follow-up.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal direction or supervision.
