Senior Real Estate Asset Manager - Value Add

Responsibilities

• Lead asset-level strategy and execution for a portfolio of value-add and development investments across Europe.
• Drive business plan implementation, including leasing, capital improvements, redevelopment, and disposition strategies.
• Manage relationships with joint venture (JV) partners, developers, and operating partners.
• Oversee development budgets, construction progress, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor asset performance against underwriting and track KPIs, including social and environmental impact metrics.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow, IRR, and equity multiples.
• Support the investment team with underwriting, technical due diligence, and asset acquisitions.
• Prepare internal investment memos, valuation updates, and performance reports for senior management and investors.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in value-add real estate asset management, specifically focusing on development projects.
• Proven experience managing joint ventures and working with external development partners.
• Deep understanding of development processes and construction management.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, leasing dynamics, and capital structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a private equity real estate fund or institutional investment manager.
• Exposure to multiple asset classes, particularly healthcare, residential, or education sectors.
• A track record of successfully executing complex value-add or development business plans.
• Pan-European experience and proficiency in European languages.
