Senior RCM Manager

About the Company

Amperos is healthcare's first AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. Our agentic AI works claims end-to-end, from portal follow-ups and payor calls to appeals and medical records, so providers can resolve more denials, recover more revenue, and focus on what matters most: serving patients.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale internal and offshore RCM teams, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating operational performance into clear insights and forward-looking recommendations
• Oversee collectors and billers for non-automated workflows and develop efficient processes
• Own reporting across leading and lagging indicators including denial rate, first-pass resolution, A/R aging, and net collection rate
• Monitor AI agent performance across calling, payer portals, and denial workflows
• Partner with Product and Engineering to expand AI capabilities and shape platform features
• Work alongside engineers to interpret workflow data and identify automation opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare RCM
• 3+ years leading high-functioning teams of 15 or more
• Experience building RCM operations from the ground up
• Proven track record managing offshore billing or AR teams
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and engineering teams
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment
