Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design antenna to baseband RF subsystems using discrete circuitry or integrated RFICs
• Design discrete components including PLL, LNA, Mixers, and PA
• Implement or supervise schematic capture and PCB layout
• Characterize, tune, and troubleshoot radio frequency performance
• Ensure overall system design meets EMI performance and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot production yield problems and improve design for manufacturability

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of multi-GHz RF hardware development experience
• Knowledge of RF board layout, fabrication, and packaging
• Experience solving EMI, harmonics, spurious, and stability issues
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office or Altium
• Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent bench skills
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and critical thinking skills
