Senior Radio Frequency Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative solutions spanning RF, Mixed signal, and mechanical domains
• Design RF hardware and wireless testbeds to support system validation
• Provide expertise and mentorship regarding EMI mitigation strategies and cross-functional debug processes
• Characterize EMI caused by internal and external aggressors using EMC probes, shielding tests, and layout reviews
• Conduct rigorous lab and OTA testing of RF systems including sensitivity and coexistence evaluations
• Perform EM simulations using CAD tools like CST, HFSS, and ADS to drive design decisions
• Communicate technical challenges and trade-offs to engineers and executives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with RF or wireless specialization
• 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and testing RF hardware for mass-produced products
• Strong RF fundamentals in front-end design, desense analysis, and system-level optimization
• Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (MIPI CSI/DSI, PCIe, DDR, SDIO/eMMC)
• Proficiency with RF test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
• Expertise in desense mitigation techniques such as shielding, grounding, and filtering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EM simulation tools (CST, HFSS, ADS)
• Background in robotics or unmanned platforms
