Senior Radar Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements, algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues through data analysis and debugging
• Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
• Communicate technical findings, risks, and results to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of prior engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Active DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, or testing
• Experience developing scripts and functions using MATLAB
• Proficiency with C++, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience generating technical documentation such as test plans and reports
• Experience working in integration labs, test facilities, or field environments
• Experience evaluating systems using simulated environments
